    Paul Mockler - Operations Director

    With over 25-years’ experience in construction, Paul has worked his way from Site Manager > Project Manager > Contracts Manager > Operations Manager to his current position of Operations Director. Paul has a very diverse build knowledge and has worked on Healthcare and Data centre construction projects across the globe. He started his career in modular and has worked across most sectors within the construction industry building his extensive experience in design management.

    Ian Peacock - Head of Technical Services

    Ian has nearly 40 years of experience in operations, design and building services, on both new build and refurbishment projects. Having worked in a range of sectors, Ian is well versed in managing projects within confined city centre locations, live sites or complicated logistical challenges with tight deadlines. Experienced in managing a multi-disciplined team to achieve customer, design, commercial and operational objectives.

    Chris Lodge - Project Manager

    A project manager with over 25-years’ experience in the construction industry, Chris has and worked across most sectors of the industry. Chris began his career as a joiner and worked his way up the ladder where he has managed construction sites prior to working as a Contracts manager for glazing specialist. Chris is also currently in the final phase of completing his level 7 NVQ master’s degree in senior construction management.

    Steve Chapman - Site Manager

    Steve has 20-years’ experience working in the construction industry in both the residential and commercial sectors, managing refurbishment and new builds. Notable projects include 360 Private residential apartments built for Edmond De Rothschild in Rugby, 1,000,000sqft distribution centre for Tesco in Teesport and numerous Tesco, Sainsburys + M+S new builds across the UK.

    John Pantony - Quantity Surveyor

    John has 35 years of experience within the construction industry working on major infrastructure projects such as motorway construction, waste-water projects, waste to energy projects, power utility programmes and significant residential developments.

    Paulo Da Rocha - Site Manager

    Paulo has 21 years’ of experience working in the construction industry in the residential and commercial sectors. He has been Site Manager & Contract/Project Manager over various sectors, including mental health, homeless and domestic violence schemes, refurbishment and new builds. He has been involved in various projects over the years from Asda’s, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, Primark’s (including Ireland North/South), 103 Portfolio Semi-detached housing, healthcare and hospital facilities and commercial warehouses. Paulo is a Temporary works co-ordinator and NVQ Level 6 and is now working on moving onto Level 7 alongside NEBOSH and IOSH.
