Collab Construction is a dynamic Principal Contractor delivering traditional contracting, design, build and partnering services across the UK. Construction projects are characterised by multiple stakeholders, diverse supply chains and large delivery teams – we believe by increasing collaboration and working effectively as one team with a common goal creates a culture of performance and successful project delivery.

With extensive multi-sector experience, the Collab team is currently delivering refurbishment and new build projects in constrained city centre sites for an institutional funder and major multiple retailer.
